Cancellation Policy
Registration Investment will be refunded, less a $100 administration charge, for cancellations prior to May 16, 2009. On May 16, 2009 and thereafter, no refunds will be issued; instead, any registrants canceling will be given registration credit towards the 2010 Odd Couple Seminar. Cancellations must be made via voicemail AND written message (email/fax) ; cancellations without both forms of notification will be treated as no-shows. No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows. (After all, your mother taught you better manners.) Registration to the Odd Couple Seminar is based on your acceptance of this cancellation policy.
